1. Cash deposit
1.1. Reception of cash on client's current or card account in PNB Banka
- EUR 0.1% of amount (min. EUR 5)
- USD, CAD, CHF, DKK, GBP, JPY, NOK, SEK, AUD, RUB 0.5% of amount (min. EUR 15)
1.2. Reception of cash on other client's account in PNB Banka
- EUR 0.2% of amount (min. EUR 10)
- USD, CAD, CHF, DKK, GBP, JPY, NOK, SEK, AUD, RUB 0.6% of amount (min. EUR 20)
1.3. Reception of coins on client´s current/ card account or payment of coins
- up to 50 coins free of charge
- for each successive deposit (up to 50 coins) EUR 1.50
2. Cash withdrawal from a current account
- EUR, USD, CAD, CHF, DKK, GBP, JPY, NOK, SEK, AUD, RUB - with prior notice - 1% of amount (min. EUR 10)
 
- without prior notice (according to the customer service center) – 2% of amount (min. EUR 20)
3. Cash withdrawal from a deposit account
3.1. cash withdrawal from a deposit account
 
 according to p. 2 – Cash withdrawal from a current account
3.2. cash withdrawal from a deposit account (in the event of withdrawal before expiry of the deposit agreement) according to p. 2 – Cash withdrawal from a current account + penalty for early termination of the agreement
4. Cash withdrawal from a savings account
4.1. upon notifying PNB Banka 7 calendar days prior to withdrawal according to p. 2 – Cash withdrawal from a current account
4.2. without notifying PNB Banka 7 calendar days prior to withdrawal according to p. 2 – Cash withdrawal from a current account + penalty for withdrawal without a prior notice
5. Cash withdrawal from a payment card account
5.1. cash withdrawal via POS terminal with a PNB Banka cpayment card according to payment card servicing tariffs
5.2. cash withdrawal from payment card accounts in other banks (USD, EUR) 2% of the amount
6. Cash payments and transfers
- giro payments 2 EUR
7. Acceptance of dirty, damaged banknotes, as well as 50 GBP banknotes issued before 2004 or US dollars issued from 1974 to 1990 5% of the amount
8. Exchange of money with change of denomination
- exchange of EUR banknotes against banknotes of other denomination 0,5% (min. 1,50 EUR)
- exchange of foreign currency banknotes against banknotes of other denomination 0,5% (min. 1,50 EUR)
9. Currency exchange (conversion) at the rate of PNB Banka’s exchange rate 0.1% of the amount, min. EUR 1, max. EUR 10
10. Processing of an e-application for cash withdrawal 1 EUR

* On account opening day cash deposit into a current or card account is free.

Foreign currency coins are neither accepted, nor paid out.
The present tariffs are also applicable to merchants, self-employed and sole entrepreneurs.

1Cash amounts above USD 15 000 or EUR 10 000 (or an equivalent amount in another currency, except USD) should be requested by 14:00 the day before, at any customer service centre of the Bank, or via online bank, or by calling the Contact Centre. When making a cash request, the Bank will charge a commission fee of 50% in line with the Bank’s Rates and Fees, while the remaining amount of the fee will be charged upon withdrawal.
If the requested amount is not withdrawn or is withdrawn to a lesser extent, the paid commission fee shall not be refunded.
