How to Send a Transfer within the UNIstream System

•     visit any customer service centre of PNB Banka in Latvia
•     fill in an application for transfer
•     show your ID to an operator
•     pay the transfer amount and a commission fee
•     receive a money transfer control number from the operator
•     notify the recipient about the transfer, transfer control number and the service point where the transfer will be received

How to Receive a Money Transfer within the UNIstream System

•     visit the Customer Service Centre specified by the sender
•     fill in an application form to receive the transfer, and specify control number of the money transfer, transfer amount and currency, name and surname of the sender, and your ID data
•     show your ID to the operator
•     receive the money transfer at the cash department

How to Change Data in Money Transfer or Cancel the Transfer within the UNIstream System

•     visit any customer service centre of PNB Banka in Latvia
•     fill in an application form to change the terms of the transfer or cancel it
•     show your ID to an operator

Change of the data in money transfer or cancellation thereof depends on a type of the transfer: for non-addressed transfers it is executed immediately, for the addressed ones – it takes time.
